"Spring resurrection" might be a more apt title, except for the religious association natural this time of year. I am recovering from a great three-mile run. Actually, I ran the first mile and alternated running and walking for the next two. It's been hit or miss for running during the winter, between the cold and starting a new business. We also had some nasty wind during March. There is almost nothing I can think of that provides enough enjoyment to compensate for cold wind, so I just won't go run if it doesn't feel like at least 40 degrees with no more than a refreshing breeze. That means I am not a completely dedicated runner, I am sorry to say.

So I'm easing back into a routine. I've lost one running day per week to the new business startup, unless I somehow manage to get out really early during the hot late spring and summer months. For my whole life getting up early has been worse than cold wind for me, so it's unlikely I'll be running at 6am. But a girl can imagine.

I had a photo, I thought, of art in process. For some reason The New Smartphone didn't save it. I must add the manual to my immediate reading list.
